Bread Basket: Beer Bread Muffins

I am definitely ready for spring weather however, I am not quite ready to give up soup season!

So if it’s still chilly where you are and you’re making one last pot of soup I highly recommend you make these muffins to go along with it! Slather them with butter and more honey and they’re the perfect treat!

Honey Beer Bread Muffins

3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup honey
1 bottle beer
4 Tablespoons butter melted

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix all ingredients together. Stirring until just moistened. Scoop into greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Let cool in pan for a couple minutes. Remove and serve warm with more butter and honey.
